How to Train a Himalayan Rabbit

2022-02-23 / 991 Read

The purpose of training Himalayan rabbits is not only to make them obedient, but also to establish more trust and communication with pets and form a positive interactive relationship. Therefore, we recommend the positive feedback training method, which requires the owner to prepare enough time. A lot of people complain about not having enough time, but if you don't have time, it's not a good time to have a pet.

How

A Himalayan rabbit meal menu of any age is unlimited hay grass (Timothy Mainly, other pastures are supplemented to adjust the flavor) + daily fixed and quantitative rabbit food (3%-5% of the rabbit's body weight) + clean drinking water. When the Himalayan rabbit develops to 6 months, it can start to be accompanied by an appropriate amount of fresh fruits and vegetables (washed and dried in water) as a non-staple food. Fresh fruits and vegetables cannot be stored for too long, and they must be withdrawn if they are not eaten within an hour, because the cut surface of the fruit is easy to breed bacteria and cause diarrhea in rabbits.

In addition, the training of Himalayan rabbits depends on what subjects to train, how old the pets are, what breeds, and different training methods for Himalayan rabbits with different personalities.
