3. If the water temperature is too low, below 22 degrees, the Thai betta will immediately break out water mold and white spots, usually either on the tail or on the head. Then, if the container is too small, the water quality will easily become sour, and the Thai betta will immediately melt its fins, which can still cause water mold and fin festering.
