How to raise calamus for beginners:
1. Water temperature: As a tropical fish, the breeding temperature of calamus should be controlled between 25-27℃. It may also need to be properly raised during the breeding period, and it is advisable to keep it at about 28 °C.
2. Water quality: the most suitable water quality should be neutral soft water, the PH value should be controlled between 6.0-7.5, and the hardness should be controlled between 6-8. In the daily maintenance of craterfish, it is necessary to keep the water quality clean, change the water once a week, and change a third or a quarter of the water each time.

3. Feeding: calamari are not picky eaters, so most food can be fed . In order to enhance nutrition, the feed should be mainly live bait such as small fish, small shrimp, and earthworms. It can be fed once or twice a day, and it is estimated that it can be eaten in five to ten minutes each time.
4. Polyculture: The flamingo fish has a more violent personality, so it is not suitable for mixing with most tropical fish. If it must be mixed, you can choose map fish, parrot fish, etc. of similar body size, and you must use a large fish tank for polyculture.
