Some dog friends often say that their Teddydog has very serious tears. She was introduced by a friend and said that drinking Banlangen would be good. Although Banlangen is a panacea , but there is absolutely no basis for the treatment of dog tear marks, so what is the cause of excessive tear marks? How to clean and remove them?
1. Diet is very important for the control of tear stains. Dogs have very low demand for salt. They can choose foods with low salt content. Sometimes changing dog food will have unexpected results.
2. Infection of the ear canal. When there is a problem with the ear canal, the dog frequently scratches the ear with the hind limbs. The nerves are interlaced on the face, which is a very sensitive area. Because the pain in the deep part of the ear canal will extend to the area around the eyes, it will also stimulate the secretion of the lacrimal gland. When too many tears cannot be drained from the nasolacrimal duct, they will overflow from the corner of the eye near the side of the nose. After a long period of accumulation, the brown tear stains on the hair will become very obvious. The best way is to go to a regular pet hospital for diagnosis, remove the cause, and then treat.
3. Blockage of the nasolacrimal duct. Due to the blockage of the nasolacrimal duct, the tear fluid cannot be drained from the nasolacrimal duct, and will naturally overflow outwards, forming tear streaks over time. Antibiotic treatment will have some effect.
4. Eyelid problems, abnormal eyelid problems may cause eyelashes to irritate the cornea, excessive tears, and serious tear marks. The fundamental method can choose surgical treatment. Conservative therapy removes eyelashes regularly.
5. Special breeds dog breeds, such as: myna, shih tzu, bull and so on. Because the dog with this appearance will make the curvature of the nasolacrimal duct become very large, so the amount of tears discharged is limited, even the normal amount of secreted tears cannot be loaded, which will cause unsightly tear marks and even dark circles.
