When the dog shows acquisition, take the opportunity to hold the food and move slowly to the front and bottom of the dog's mouth, at the same time issue the lying password, and use the left hand to accompany the stimulation of pulling the dog's collar forward and downward. In this way, the dog will lie down under the action of food inducement and mechanical stimulation; when the dog lies down, the dog will be rewarded with food in time. Stop for a while, and then make the dog sit up; later, with the gradual formation of conditioned reflexes, food and mechanical stimulation can be reduced or cancelled until the dog lies down completely according to the command and gesture.

Method 2: Make the dog sit on the left side, the dog owner takes a step back with his left leg and kneels down on one leg, and his left and right hands stretch from the dog's back to hold the dog's left and right forelimbs. At the same time, extend the dog's two front limbs forward, and gently press the dog's shoulder blade with the left arm. Under the pressure of mechanical stimulation, the dog will make the action of lying down. With this method, food and petting rewards must be timely. Dogs with sensitive skin should not use this method.

The second step: Command the dog to lie down from a distance and cultivate the ability of the dog to lie down. The method of commanding the dog to lie down from a distance is to make the dog sit down, and the dog owner walks 1M in front of the dog to face the dog, holding the leash in the left hand, making a lying down gesture with the right hand, and at the same time issuing the lie down password, such as the dog. If not lying down, repeat the commands and gestures, and use the leash to pull the dog forward and downward to force the dog to lie down. When the dog can make the action smoothly, it can be mastered by the training rope, and the command distance is gradually extended to 10M. During this process It is necessary to continuously consolidate the dog's movements, step by step, the distance should be combined with distance, and the combination of passwords and gestures should be flexibly mastered according to the training situation.

The method for developing the dog's ability to delay recumbency is the same as the training method for delaying sitting. If the dog can hide away 20M away from the dog owner, it can be delayed for less than five minutes in the correct lying position.

The third step: environmental conditions complicate exercise. When the dog lying down subject is relatively consolidated, it can gradually enter into a more complex environment for exercise. The initial requirements should not be too high. After the dog's adaptability is gradually enhanced, it will be difficult to carry out.
