How to assess the quality of the little Golden Retriever, we have listed ten points and arranged them in order of importance as follows. You can follow these ten criteria to judge the quality of your little golden retriever dog:

1. Coat color. As the name suggests, the golden retriever is naturally the best in color. However, many kennels or individuals who sell dogs, in order to sell their non-golden dogs, will implement another set of theories, saying that other colors are fine, but it is actually from the perspective of the business. Of course, the standard of golden retriever that everyone likes is different. Some friends like golden, some like yellow, and black and pure white. It is understandable. But the mainstream still thinks gold is better.

2. Bones. In this regard, just like people, the baby's skeleton is large, and it is easy to grow taller in the future. The golden retriever's bone weight is most easily seen from the claws. A good golden retriever, even a small golden retriever that is only 30 days old, has very thick claws, with a width of more than 5cm. Bone mass is extremely important. If there is insufficient bone mass, the Golden Retriever will be very thin in the future and will not be an ideal dog.

3. Mouth. Hold the mouth of the golden retriever with your hand. The thicker the mouth of the golden retriever, the wider the mouth will be in the future, otherwise it will easily grow into a pointed dog. In moderation, the wider the mouth and the stronger the grip, the better the golden retriever.

4. Gross quantity. When we choose small golden retrievers, comb them carefully with a comb. Generally speaking, the thicker and thicker the hair, the better.

5. Fur distribution. It's not all about good coat color, but also depends on the distribution of the golden retriever's fur. Straight hair is better than messy hair. When brushing, you should pay attention to the color of the hair. The color of the golden retriever is gradual. A good golden retriever baby can see the color distribution map after growing up.

6. The nose. The golden nose should be black, other colors are not particularly good.

7. Ears. The golden retriever's ears should not be too large. Pull the tip of the ear, just cover the front of the golden retriever's eyes, if it exceeds too much, it is a disadvantage.

8. Eyes. Purebred golden retrievers should not show the whites of their eyes when looking straight ahead. However, when choosing a small golden retriever, never buy such a dog. All mammals have a characteristic that the size of the eyeball changes very little when the eye is born and after it grows. Just like people, the eyes are quite large when they are born, and they become smaller when they grow up. Therefore, when buying a puppy, you should show the whites of your eyes properly.

9. The tail. Many friends don't pay attention to the tail when choosing the little golden retriever. When buying a golden retriever baby, its tail should be tucked behind the buttocks or moderately drooping when it is standing still. When running, the tail will not be completely straight back, nor will it be rolled up like a Chinese pastoral dog.

10. Observe the reaction of the little golden retriever. If the puppy is responsive, strong, and willing to approach humans, such a golden retriever is the best, very suitable for future training.
